ONE PAGE, ONE PLACE
The calendar from the fridge, made digital.
Right now, your week probably lives in six different places. The calendar app for appointments. The kids' activity schedule stuck to the fridge. The whiteboard above the cooker for meals. The notebook by the kettle for the jobs you mustn't forget. Post-its on the laptop. A to-do list on your phone.
The Every DayBook gathers all of it onto one calm page that opens in your browser. Your week, your meals, your lists and the small things in between, together in one place where you can actually see them.
Here's what your week looks like

SEE IT IN ACTION
A look inside The Every DayBook
A short tour of the DayBook in motion. Opening, writing, moving through the week.
MORE THAN A PLANNER
Planning for a life
that feels good
on an ordinary Tuesday
The Every DayBook was made to give your week a little more breathing room.

Know what's
happening
today
Open one page and see your week at a glance.
Appointments, meals, lists and reminders all sit together, instead of scattered across notebooks, apps and bits of paper.
Everything
in one place

A little less to carry in your head

When the small details have somewhere to live, your week feels lighter.
The weekly rhythm, a little easier

Meals, shopping and the small recurring tasks stay organised and visible.

More space for the things that matter
More time for books, gardens, hobbies, family, the cup of tea in the afternoon.
Planning should help you live your life,
not manage it.
INSIDE THE DAYBOOK
A walk through the page.
A guide to each section of the page, and how they come together to carry you through your week.
It greets you by name ...

A calm welcome with your name, your location, the date and time. Decorate the space with stickers.

The shape of today ...
Today's picture, your events at a glance, your tasks and tonight's dinner with the ingredients you'll need.
The events and dinner cards fill themselves in from your weekly sections.

Your week, mapped gently ...
A weekly diary for your appointments alongside the week's meals planned in advance.
Both feed today's view, and today is softly highlighted in each.

Small daily practices ...
Daily Habits to track without fuss, a Journal for five-minute free-writing, and a Focus Timer for the tasks that need structure. The Journal opens into a proper notebook to leaf back through. The Focus Timer pops out into its own window, with a soft bell at the end of each countdown.

Lists that hold your life ...
Quick Links to your most-used sites, a To Do List for the rolling jobs, a Shopping List for the weekly shop, and somewhere for upcoming dates and notes.

HOW IT WORKS
Quietly, in the background
How it opens, where it saves, and what to expect from it day to day.

Open with a link : A private link opens the DayBook in any browser. No login, no passwords to remember, no subscription. Bookmark the link, save it to your desktop, or add it to your homescreen on an iPad, and it's there each morning.

Saves as you go : Your writing saves automatically in the browser you're using. Close the tab, close the laptop, come back tomorrow, and the page is waiting as you left it. Some sections refresh on purpose. Ticked tasks and shopping items clear overnight, and the weekly diary and meal planner reset on Sunday, so each new week begins on a fresh page.

Works best on a computer : The DayBook is at its best on a computer, with one main browser as its home base. There's also an iPad version that saves to your homescreen with its own icon. On a computer, the page runs offline once it's open. The iPad version runs through a hosted app, so needs a connection

Updates included : Updates to the DayBook are free for life. New functions, refinements, and improvements arrive by email when they're ready, so a quick subscribe to the mailing list keeps you in the loop. New pages or different designs in the future will be sold separately.

Keep a printed record : Save or print the DayBook as a PDF whenever you'd like a permanent copy. The PDF is a snapshot of what's on the page at that moment, kept on your own machine for filing or reference.

Made in my cottage studio, with a love of stationery and too many cups of tea.
FROM MY COTTAGE STUDIO
The page I'd been looking for
I made The Every DayBook because I'd been looking for a tool to fit the way I like to plan and couldn't find it. A single, calm page for the way I live my life.
The diary, lists, the week's meals and morning notes, not scattered around my desk on slips of paper, in random notebooks or in an overcomplicated productivity app, that I paid for every month, but managed to overwrite entire sections, when I tried to duplicate them. No, just in one place, on one page, on my laptop where I could see everything I needed for the day.
A quiet space, ready each morning when I open it.

I hope The Every DayBook brings a little of that ease to your week too and you start each day feeling calm and in control.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
A few things you might want to know
Is this an app, a PDF, or something else?
An app that lives in your browser. The Every DayBook opens with a private link and can sit on your homescreen with its own icon. No App Store or file download, no PDF, and doesn't need GoodNotes or Notability to operate.
After you buy, the link arrives in your inbox. Bookmark it on your laptop or save it to your iPad homescreen, ready whenever you are.
Will it work on my laptop, iPad or phone?
Laptops and iPads, yes. A phone-friendly version is something I'd love to add in time, but the page is currently designed for a bigger screen.
Any modern browser works (Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge). On iPad, the DayBook sits on your homescreen with its own icon.
Your notes save in the browser you're using and don't sync across devices. More on saving in the next question.
How does it save my work?
The DayBook saves automatically as you type. Your notes are kept in your own browser, on your own device, not in the cloud. That makes it genuinely private.
Because each browser stores its own copy, notes don't carry across between devices. One main device works best as your home base.
For a permanent record, save any page as a PDF. Stickers and Picture of the Day images live in the same browser storage, and the Sticker Drawer shows how much you're using.
Clearing your browser data would clear your DayBook with it, so PDF export is the safety net for now. A backup-and-restore option is on the way in a future update.
Do I need to be online to use it?
The DayBook opens with an internet connection, and your browser will usually keep it ready to open again offline after that - handy in the garden, on a train, anywhere without a signal.
Your saved notes, stickers and pictures live in your browser independently, so they're always there whether you're online or not.
For very regular offline use, a laptop tends to hold the page in memory more reliably than an iPad.
Will I get future updates?
Yes, and free for life. Any updates to the DayBook are yours at no extra cost.
When new versions are ready, an email goes out to the mailing list, and you can download the latest version anytime from The Every DayBook Hub.
Different designs or future add-ons are sold separately. The DayBook you buy today stays yours, updates included.
Can I add my own stickers and pictures?
Absolutely! The Sticker Drawer is where you upload any stickers you'd like: your own designs, packs from other digital sticker artists, or new sets from The Planning Year. The starter kit gives you a cosy set to begin with.
Pictures of the Day work the same way. Seven postcards are included, and the Canva template is the right size for creating your own and bringing them into the page.
Do I need to create an account?
Not for the DayBook itself. The page opens with a private link. No login, no password to remember.
Purchases go through a platform called Teachery, with a one-time signup the first time you buy. Everything you've bought sits in your Teachery vault: the DayBook, the Hub, and any future purchases. No hunting through old emails or chasing links and files.
Is this a subscription?
No. The Every DayBook is a one-off purchase of £12. You pay once, the DayBook is yours to keep, and all future updates are included. Nothing recurring, nothing to renew.
